Your portal is a single link, just for you, that holds your whole event in one spot. No logins to juggle across five different tools, no scrolling back through months of email to find the thing we asked for. Open the portal and it is all there, from the day you book to the week of your celebration.
Always know what’s due, and never wonder if we got it
Behind every celebration is a short stack of documents we are required to collect: your caterer’s liability insurance, their catering license, a bartender’s TIPS or TAMS certificate when alcohol is served, and host liquor liability coverage. The first time you read that list, it can feel like alphabet soup. The portal spells out exactly what each item is, shows you a real example so you can see what a correct one looks like, and tells you where it goes.
Then it does the part couples tell us they appreciate most. You upload right on the portal and watch the status update in real time: due, pending review, needs changes, or approved. When our team signs off, you see it turn green. No more sending a file into the void and wondering whether it landed.
Book a preferred caterer, and skip some of it
If you choose one of our preferred caterers, their insurance and license are already on file with us. The portal shows those items handled for you, so a couple of your to-dos simply disappear. You are always welcome to bring any licensed, insured caterer you love. This is just an easier path if you would like one.

Walkthroughs, rehearsal, and the day itself
Book a walkthrough right from the portal, reschedule if life happens, and see every visit you have planned in one place, with a shared notes space so nothing from those conversations slips through the cracks. Your rehearsal details live there too, alongside your floor plans, your timeline, the specifics of your space, and the names and faces of the team who will be there on your date. When you arrive, you already know who is greeting you.

Your contract and payments, without the hunt
Your signed contract stays in the portal, ready whenever you want to reference it. Your payment schedule is laid out plainly, and if you would rather pay ahead, you can request an invoice early with a single click. Your timeline, your money, visible and in your hands.
