How long is the rental window at Fetewell venues?

All Fetewell venues offer a 16-hour rental window, giving you ample time for setup, your event, and cleanup without rushing.

Can I bring my own vendors to a Fetewell venue?

Yes. Fetewell has an open vendor policy, meaning you can bring your own caterer, DJ, florist, or any other vendor. We also offer a preferred vendor list for convenience.

Can I bring my own alcohol to a Fetewell venue?

Yes. Fetewell venues allow BYO alcohol, which can significantly reduce your event costs compared to venues with mandatory bar packages.

Does Fetewell offer hourly rentals?

Venue pricing shouldn't be a math test. The price you see on this page is the price you'll pay. We don't add any hidden fees. We also don't charge for rehearsals (with a full day rental) or using our house furnishings.

Designed for flexibility, with the option for an all-inclusive feel. You’re welcome to bring in any licensed and insured caterer, or work with one of our trusted partners to create a more seamless, all-inclusive-style experience.

Our full day rentals are from 8am- midnight so that you don't have to rush your celebration. You are welcome to use all areas of the venue, including our complimentary dressing suite throughout your event.

Citizens Ballroom is a cornerstone building turned wedding and special event venue in the heart of Downtown Frederick. The building still contains much of its original splendor, including statement 30-foot coffered ceilings and signature bank vaults.
