Hello! I’m Kate

I create celebration spaces for moments that will live on as part of your family’s story, written within the walls of ours.

When I founded Fêtewell in 2016, I set out to create something different: venues rooted in history, designed for freedom, and built with community in mind. I believe couples deserve beautiful, authentic places to celebrate without unnecessary rules or limitations. That’s why each Fêtewell venue honors its unique story, whether it began as a bank or a factory, while offering the flexibility and warmth today’s couples want. My mission is to preserve these spaces and fill them with love, laughter, and memories for years to come.

After founding my home venues in Maryland, I’ve turned my focus toward empowering others to follow the same path. Today, I dedicate my time to guiding aspiring venue owners through our Fêtewell franchising program and sharing hard-won lessons on our podcast, The Venue Underground. It’s my way of passing forward the knowledge, grit, and strategies that helped me build a thriving venue brand so others can create spaces that bring people together, too.
